Top-performing interns often come back for additional internships, transition into full-time design roles, and even serve as Campus Ambassadors representing Elevation back on their campus. Our goal is to equip you with the skills, mentorship, and real-world exposure that prepare you to thrive — and ultimately join our team long-term.
